Aqua Nature GM, a coagulant for glass processing wastewater.

Forming strong and coarse flocks! Treatment of glass processing wastewater can be done with just one type of coagulant.

"Aqua Nature GM" is a product that can treat glass processing wastewater using only one type of coagulant. Since it uses only one chemical, it can coagulate with a small amount of addition, contributing to the reduction of total running costs, including chemical costs and sludge disposal costs. It also eliminates the hassle of transporting, adding, and adjusting chemicals, thereby reducing the workload. Additionally, even in continuous wastewater treatment systems, only one reaction tank is needed, achieving a very simple and compact wastewater treatment facility. 【Features】 ■ Treatment possible with only one agent ■ Space-saving treatment facilities ■ Reduced working time ■ Lower running costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Ink and adhesive-containing wastewater coagulant "Aqua Nature AL"

Can be treated with only one agent! Contributes to the reduction of total running costs, including the disposal costs of generated sludge.

"Aqua Nature AL" is a coagulant for wastewater containing inks and adhesives that enables coagulation treatment without the use of multiple chemicals. The sedimentation time is very quick, allowing for a reduction in working time even in sites where small flocs previously took a long time to settle. There is no need for dissolution equipment such as quicklime or polymer coagulants. Additionally, even in continuous wastewater treatment systems, only one reaction tank is required, resulting in a very simple and compact wastewater treatment facility. 【Features】 ■ Treatment possible with just one agent ■ Space-saving treatment equipment ■ Reduction in working time ■ Lower running costs *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Can colloidal silica wastewater be treated with coagulants?

The wastewater treatment of colloidal silica can be processed with coagulants.

However, whether treatment is possible depends on factors such as particle size, so it cannot be said that any material can be treated. The treatment situation also varies depending on the type of coagulant. Here is a guide on how to confirm whether treatment is possible. 1. Check the original particle size If it is around 80 nm, there is a possibility of treatment. If it becomes finer than that, treatment becomes significantly more difficult. 2. Confirm the coagulation effect First, check the effect as it is. If treatment is possible, that’s fine; if it’s difficult, move on to the next step. 3. Dilution Dilute while the coagulant is added. Check the effect while performing dilution and adding the coagulant. Dilute boldly to about 5 to 10 times and confirm at what dilution there is an effect. The alkalinity of colloidal silica wastewater can interfere with coagulation treatment, so it is also important to start with neutralization treatment in such cases. After neutralization treatment with sulfuric acid bands, coagulation treatment may significantly reduce the amount of coagulant used. First, please check the effect with a free sample or consider our free wastewater treatment test.
